Take a short online assessment relevant to the role you're applying for (e.g., admin, billing, IT support, customer service).
Our recruitment team conducts an interview to understand your strengths and match you to appropriate roles in our talent pool (Medical VA, RCM, IT/EMR Support, CSR, Back Office Support).
After internal interview and provisional hiring, candidates are required to complete mandatory role-specific training modules within 5 business days. This includes:
✔️ Role-specific modules (e.g., EMR navigation, billing workflows, communication protocols)
Once the modules are completed, you’ll take a final assessment to validate your knowledge.
Only candidates who pass the assessment will be placed into the active talent pool for client matching.
Before presenting you to clients, we ensure your professional materials are finalized:
✔️ Create a dedicated Gmail account for Avintrex use
✔️ Finalize Google Drive folder (for document storage)
✔️ Format your resume based on our uniform template
✔️ Record your final intro video (this will be shared with clients)
This must be completed within 3–5 business days. Once finalized, we will begin circulating your profile for client matching.
We match you to client opportunities. Clients conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates to ensure alignment.
After client interview and approval, you’ll undergo final certifications based on your client’s location (e.g., HIPAA for U.S. clients, GDPR for U.K./EU, PIPEDA for Canada, etc.). This ensures you’re aligned with regional compliance standards before onboarding.
Once certified, we assist with access setup and onboarding to prepare you for Go Live — with support from the Avintrex Client Success Team.
